For us, black is a concept, not just a color. The Black Revolution is both a tribute to our afro-descendant revolutionaries and a reclamation of pride in our identity as people of color. Whether you’re “black”, “brown”, “white” or “mixed”, the revolution is for you. By confronting the taboo of race in our global society, we can respectfully debate and dismantle the institution of racism as it relates to socioeconomic inequality and harmful stereotypes.

We are a team of young, multicultural millenials who decided silence was no longer optional. We are black, brown, white, latinx humans of different creeds and backgrounds. We believe the enemy is not a person or a group of people, but an idea. We’re here to fight ideas with ideas: prejudice with respect, hate with love, ignorance with education. And we don’t play around.
